Portal - Companion Cube Prop

It has recently come to my attention that, other than photos taken by random people at cons over the past two years, there were no pictures of my Companion Cube on the interwebs.

So... here it is.

This took a looooong time to make, and was hideously expensive. The box itself, which is a foam box covered in a nylon casing mostly used in kids playrooms, was itself more than $100. Last year someone asked me for a smaller one (less than half the size of this one) and that cost me $60 just for the cube. Yeah, that was the moment I realised unless people were willing to pay me shitloads of money, I was never making one of these again.

So... I have a half finished small version of this sitting around. Who wants to send me a small fortune to own it?

(Also, jesus, do you know how hard it was to find a category for this? I couldn't put it in fan art because technically it didn't fit in the traditional art folder, but I kind of painted on it some hopefully that counts... bah, humbug.)
